Welcome to www.albionni.com. These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between Albionni HK Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the customer (“you”) regarding the ordering, production, and payment of our custom, tailor-made garments.

  1. Governing Law

Albionni HK Limited is a legally registered corporate entity incorporated under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any legal disputes, contracts, or transactions executed through our secure payment links are strictly governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

  1. Custom Orders & Measurements
    • Accuracy:Our garments are entirely bespoke and created based on the specific body measurements submitted by you or captured during an official trunk show. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted dimensions.
    • Variations:Due to the artisanal, handmade nature of high-end tailoring, minor variations in fabric shade, lining patterns, and final garment dimensions are expected and accepted within industry standards.
  1. Pricing and Payments
  • All pricing for custom suits, shirts, and accessories is quoted individually via invoice or direct message.
  • Payments must be settled through our official secure payment links provided via Stripe using a valid credit or debit card.
  • Orders will only enter active production once the agreed-upon deposit or full payment has been successfully cleared by our bank.
  1. International Shipping & Customs Duties
  • We ship our custom garments internationally from Hong Kong to clients globally, including South Africa, Nigeria, Cameroon and other African nations.
  • Import Fees:Please note that the final quoted price excludes local import duties, customs fees, or clearance taxes that may be imposed by your home country’s customs authority. All such local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
