Our expertise in offering you the perfect garment is defined by a very meticulous approach and dedicated efforts. From the time you are introduced to Albionni (HK) Limited to the time you wear your favorite Albionni outfit, we make sure we exceed your expectations.

The moment we get an inquiry, our regional representatives personally meet the client to demonstrate the best fabric samples along with latest design catalogues, which meet the client’s requirement and taste. He/she can choose from this large variety of high quality fabrics, which indeed are the world’s most famous brands. Once a client places the order, our representative takes his / her specific measurements and then order details are immediately sent to Hong Kong via email. Our tailors then apply their vintage tailoring expertise to process the suit as per the desired style and fit. Single tailor gives over 40 man-hours to complete each garment. We also maintain a record of these order details in electronic format for current and future reference.

With our bespoke tailoring the clients get the advantage of saving their precious time, maintaining privacy and enjoying the personal attention of an expert fashion designer in making of their favorite outfit. While the order is in process, our regional representatives regularly update the client with the latest developments and ensure him timely delivery of the product.

After the outfit has been handcrafted by our tailors, our workshop manager ensures that the measurements and style of the ready suit are as per the client’s requirement. Thus, finally the suit is ready, precisely as per the client’s choice. The final outfit is then dispatched to the client with the most reliable courier services. And the best thing is that the entire procedure takes just 3 to 4 weeks





Order Policy




 

If an item is out of stock, we notify our client immediately and ask our representative to show him / her a few other exactly similar items. Moreover, we give the client an approximate in-stock date for the item, which is out of stock. Multiple item orders are held until the order is completely filled, unless the client requests to have items in stock shipped out separately. Most orders will ship out within 3-4 weeks. We alter or remake the garments at no cost in case the client is not 100% satisfied with the fit. Shipping & Delivery




 

Shipping costs are included in the final price.

Most orders are shipped via Speed Post or other reliable courier company as such DHL/Fedex, which delivers directly to the clients’ premises in any part of the world. It normally takes 3 to 4 working days for the shipment to reach a client’s address. We generally email the tracking number of shipment to the client upon dispatching their goods from Hong-Kong, for them to be aware of the approximate date of arrival of their goods. Rest assured all our shipped parcels are fully insured. In some countries our regional representative’s receive the goods and dispatch them to the clients in person, which again is one of many value added features of dealing with Albionni (HK) Limited.





Payment




 

We accept payments by all the modes of payment available whether be it by cash, cheques, tele-graphic transfers or even by any major credit cards. Kindly discuss with our representative/fashion designer as to what would be the best and easiest mode of payment for you. Client’s convenience is utmost important for us when it comes to payment.
